“Over 90 years ago, Hair & Beauty Australia started as the Master Ladies Hairdressers Association, bringing salon owners together to share ideas, keep up to date with styling, holding exhibitions and public demonstrations.
As the hair and beauty industry has changed so has our association. From focusing only on hair salons and being State based, to now being the leading national industry association for both hair and beauty salon owners within Australia – we have adapted to our changing industry and listened to our salon owners needs.
HABA provides a safe guard to all salon owners in Australia and with over 250 years of experience that makes up our dedicated Board of Directors we are here to assist, to help grow our industry and ensure government listens and takes notice of our industry.
