HABA provides members with unlimited service. Salons are not charged per call frequency or time lapsed. Personalised unlimited phone support and email support is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST.

Yes. HABA’s team of in house Industrial Relations advisers will calculate and assist members on all wage rates and employee entitlements together with providing numerous templates and facts sheets. It is vital that salons keep up to date and compliant. When industry award rates change, HABA calculates and sends specific wage rate templates to each member according to their business set up.

Yes. Just as you need business insurance for salon equipment, fire and theft your HABA membership is your protection in being compliant. A large portion of your membership fee is tax deductable based on your salon turn over.
