I have been a member of HABA for close to 20 years now. As a salon owner I find the service they offer to be very valuable. Over the years, the advice I have had access to by being a member has been first class. Everything from staff issues, employment contracts, policy and procedure manuals and much more.
HABA as an IR and HR advisory service is something I believe any salon owner who employs staff cannot afford to be without. I am such an advocate for HABA I became a board member.
